A familiar story for many: I first came to Dental Charm last spring feeling nervous since I hadn't had a cleaning in seven years, due to dentist anxiety. All my fears soon disappeared in large part due to the wonderful staff and doctors here and I'm SO thankful to have found them. Appointments start right on time, procedures are communicated clearly, and I feel listened to as a patient. A year later, I've had everything done from deep cleanings to fillings to crowns, and not once did I feel uncomfortable or shamed for my previous dental health. My mouth is cleaner and healthier than it has been in years and I actually look forward to dentist visits (amazing, but true!) I have been looking for a new dental office to go to after my recent move . I needed a cleaning as soon as possible due to school coming up.The kind receptionist was able to schedule me the soonest she could , which was a few days out. Then that same day she called and to let me know a patient canceled and she could reschedule my appointment to that exact same day. I appreciated that she keep my urgency in mind.
